A little ditty for Sunday Scribblings, found here: sundayscribblings.blogspot.com. The theme: letters. This would be a fun children’s book to write.
W grows like the swells of the sea,
B is a burst of energy,
Z is sharp and secretly kind,
But M is shy until combined.
and Y is for questions when T is for 4 0′clock and G is half a baby horse. I have gone for L for lunch, loneliness and absent love. The lonely wear masks

Haha Keith, yeah I know, I only had about five minutes today to fulfill my one-poem-a-day quota (which I don’t always meet), so I could only write a little ditty. Also, nothing much came to mind re: the “letters” prompt — I’ll have to read some of the other Sunday scribblers’ work and get inspired.
